Biographical Info
Peter has worked for one of the largest law firms in the world. In his last role, he oversaw more than $1b in closed acquisitions and $400M in closed dispositions, most of which were in the lower middle market. He brings extensive experience in M&A to help buyers and sellers of small businesses close deals quickly and efficiently, and he uses a flat fee model to allow his clients cap their fee exposure and align incentives.
